Thanks for shopping with Lunore — we appreciate your order and hope you love your new purchase. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

You can return your order within 120 days of receiving it, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank.)

Please note: We currently ship and accept returns within the UK only.

🔁 How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our team first. This helps us make the process quick and easy for you.

To begin, email us at info@lunoregummies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Simple Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us with your order details so we can register your return and provide the correct return address.

Step 2: Send Back Your Items
Follow the return instructions sent to you by our team. Be sure to include a tracking number, as you’re responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • All original tags and packaging are still attached

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

  • Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted

🔄 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

💸 Refund Options

1. Refund to Gift Card (+15% Bonus Value)
Prefer store credit? Choose a digital gift card and get 15% extra value. Gift cards are issued within 2–3 business days after we process your return.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to your original payment method will be completed within 7–10 business days once we’ve received your return.

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Underwear and socks

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Returns sent without prior authorization

📬 Return Shipping & Tracking

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, as we can’t be held liable for lost packages sent without tracking.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
We’ll notify you via email when your refund or gift card has been issued. Refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you’ve received an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@lunoregummies.co.uk.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
